 Our history:
Guilin Lijia Metals Co., Ltd, established in 1976, is a key enterprise of copper fabrication in Guangxi, China. Our enterprise, as a key exporting enterprise in Guangxi, is the council member of China Nonferrous Metals Association. We are located in Tieshan Industrial Park of Guilin High and New Technology Industrial Development District.
Our company is a modern nonferrous-metals processing enterprise engaging in manufacturing copper and copper alloy tubes/pipes/coils, rods/bars, special shaped tubes/pipes and finned tubes. Persevering in development orientation of “special, innovation, shaped and preciseness”, we have accumulated more than 40 years’ manufacturing experience and held yearly capability of 16,000 tons.
Insisting on global business strategy and worldwide marketing net, we started exporting business since 1998 and have steady market in USA, Europe, Australia, Canada and Southeast Asia.

Registered capital of Guilin Lijia reaches 187 million. Our shareholders include Guangxi Hanggui Industrial Co., Ltd (52.52%), China Orient Assets Management Co., Ltd (34%) and Guilin National Asset Investment Management Company (13.48%).
Our factory:
Total area of Guilin Lijia is 185,000 square meters，with production area 122,000 square meters，living area 63,000 square meters. Now there are 60% reserved industrial land which can be used for future extending.
Our company has 10 functional management departments and 2 production workshops with 515 employees including 150 professional technicians and 30 technical engineers with middle and high rank titles.
Our product:
The main products of our company include various copper and copper alloy tubes, coils, bars and finned tubes.
The size range we can produce is outside diameter 3-108mm, wall thickness 0.3-12mm and maximum length of 24 meters.
Besides, we can meet different production specifications of copper and brass tube according to ASTM, EN, BS, DIN, JIS and so on.
Yearly capacity is 16,000 tons.
Our products have excellent conductivity, heat transfer properties, outstanding corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, frost resistance, good mechanical properties, pressure processing and welding performance.

Guilin Lijia has a professional management system, which is certified by ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 1801: 2007.
Our quality assurance system is certified by TUV SUD Industrie Service GmbH in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, Annex I, Section 4.3, AD 2000-Merkblatt W 0 as well as EN764-5, Para. 4.2.
Besides, we also get Certificate of Works Approval authorized by China Classification Society.
Our Intellectual Property Management System is in accordance with GB/T 29490-2013.
Production equipment:
Guilin Lijia has 130 sets processing and testing equipments, mainly are followings:
1. 22MN water-seal extruding machine introduced from Japan;
2. Roller bright annealing furnace introduced from Germany;
3. Coils drawing machine introduced from Britain;
4. Casting furnaces;
5. Rolling machines and drawing machines;
6. Spectrum analyzer introduced from Switzerland;
7. Metallographic microscope;
8. Eddy current flaw detector and ultrasonic flaw detector;
9. Many testing equipments, such as tension tester, hardness tester and hydrostatic testing machine.

Our products are widely used in :
1. Heat exchanger, condenser and cooler (for automobiles, vessel, sea water desalination, air conditioner and refrigerator, and so on);
2. High pressure pump barrel tube (for petroleum extraction pump, crude oil transmission, engine and gas station, and so on);
3. Bathroom accessory, such as faucet, shower head, towel hanger, water pipe and connector;
4. Musical instruments, such as saxophone, copper flute and trumpet, and so on;
5. Decorations, such as handrail, decorative lighting and architectural ornament;
6. Others field, such as thermal power, nuclear power, marine engineering, machinery manufacturing and petrochemical industry, and so on.
